As part of the Price School’s Diversity, Social Justice and Inclusion initiative, we are excited to launch this online forum, Moving Forward, a hosted community space where Price students, faculty, alumni and staff can contribute their stories – past and present, good and bad, inside or outside of the school – with the intent of advancing dialogue, understanding and learning within the Price community.
The hosted forum resulted from a discussion initiated by the Price Communications team with eight Price students and alumni, Professor LaVonna Lewis and Professor Roberto Suro, in an effort to help advance our diversity goals.
Please submit your stories using the form below. Price’s Diversity Liaison, Dr. LaVonna Lewis, will acknowledge receipt, review the submissions, and get back to you with any questions or suggestions prior to the date of publishing. Follow-up conversation events will be scheduled shortly after each publication date, serving as a live forum for discussions of posted submissions and related issues. Please refer to the Publication Schedule for important dates and submission deadlines.
Posting your stories:
Your stories will appear only in the Price School’s Moving Forward hosted forum for Diversity, Social Justice and Inclusion and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission. Please note that the Price School’s website is public so people outside of the Price community will have access to it. You are free to request that your name not be used.
We hope the collective participation of members of the Price community to Moving Forward will increase our understanding, sharpen our sensitivities and further enrich our learning environment.
